So today was not bad!
I realised I should write here every day!! I know - and im sorry- that i didnt write much lately. And i was slacking off as well. It was a lot of partying junk food sleeping during the day no school - just awful.
And also now - i feel bad, i have no money and a loooot of work to do -job and school.
I need to change this asap i really have to sort my life out. It might be a bit more boring but at least i will feel much better about myself.
I am now planning on having a ´perfect ´ week: plan my food ahead, exercise, do homeworks, laundry, clean the apartement etc.
On Monday my friend is coming to visit me for over a week - so there will be few parties but i still will control myself and then i will be going to munich for 10 days . It will be much more difficult to stay on tracks but i will just have to try and do my best.
In the worst case scenario i will just have to continue and work harder when i get back!:)
So have a wonderful Sunday guys and i will write every day this week!!!!;)
So I didnt do well yesterday!:( we went out so alcohol -> late unhealthy food . Why?? I cant believe I did this.
But whats done is done and today Im back on track. Cooking, cleaning maybe i ´ll have like a beauty evening and do some work.
I really need to focus on myself and school and party less :D my friend from england will visit at the end of the month and then i kniw were gonna party but till then i really want to keep it to minimum!:)
School again tomorrow (and 1,5hrs of aerobic) and im meeting a friend for a coffee so it could be a nice calm fresh day!:))
I ´ll go make a plan for what im gonna eat +- this week and i hope you guys are gonna have an amazing week!!!:)
